April Crow, Corporate Director of Sustainable Packaging; The Coca-Cola Co.

 

As global director of sustainable packaging for The Coca-Cola Company, April Crow is working to help the company reach its vision of a world in which packaging is no longer seen as waste but as a valuable resource for future use. She provides strategic leadership for the company's global sustainable-packaging and recycling platform as a part of the office of sustainability.

 

During her 16 years at Coca-Cola Ms Crow has held a variety of roles at the corporate and business-unit levels in environment and water resources, scientific and regulatory affairs, and quality.

 

She represents the company in a number of forums, serving on the executive committee of the Sustainable Packaging Coalition, as the current chair of the Global Alliance for Recycling and Sustainable Development, and as a board member of AMERIPEN.

 

She is a graduate of the University of Georgia with a bachelor of science in environmental health and a master of science in instructional technology.
